Coral Springs, Florida, is in Broward County, approximately 20 miles northwest of Fort Lauderdale. It has about 121,000 residents, and is a principal city of the Miami metro area. With a low crime rate, it was listed as 24th of Florida's Safest Cities of 2020. It covers 24.0 square miles, 23.8 square miles of which is land.
