Launch the app and we’re just a few taps away! You can call or message us during an active Getaround trip up to two hours before the start of your trip reservation time and up to four hours after your trip ends.

  • Open your Getaround app
  • Tap the three lines on the top left side of the app screen
  • Tap “call Customer support”

Outside your trip window

You can always reach us via our help center: Simply submit a request through our ticket form or through your Getaround app and a Customer Happiness Agent will reach out via email to answer your question.

  • Tap “Help?” and submit a request from there.
