2018 Tesla Model 3

Brand new long range (300+ mile range) Tesla Model 3 with autopilot and premium package (upgraded sound system, lighting, and interior materials). Truppa: the Tesla Model 3 will show you the future. Hang on for dear life as 60mph comes up faster than in the new Maserati sports car. In a slick sedan with four doors and five seats that drives for you. No smoking or pets please! Truppa's got handles too. With no heavy engine, battery pack mounted low and toward the middle, and sporty suspension tuning, it rotates like a mid-engined car, with very little body roll through corners, and the power coming on instantly through the rear wheels when you exit. It's smaller than the S - about the size of a BMW 3 series on the outside, but I find it feels bigger than a Model S inside - particularly in the back seat, where my head no longer parks itself on the ceiling. It's still a car, but many things are new. From the moment you slide in, you see just the steering wheel, a beautiful matte wood dashboard, a huge touchscreen... and that's it. It feels... super minimal. Like... where are the air vents... or a speedometer. Or door handles? And where do I stick the key? Wait, what key? There's a second trunk in the front? How do I start the car? There's no starting the car. You walk up to it, sit in it, put your foot on the brake, tap down on the right lever, and drive off. Before you do, however, take a minute to play with the large touchscreen. You'll adjust your mirrors and steering wheel on here. Actually, everything is on here, including the direction of your air, and controls for the premium 12-speaker audio system. On the freeway, tapping down twice on the drive stalk starts autopilot, which changes driving in traffic from road-rage worthy to self-driving music sanctuary. Hold on the right thumb wheel and use the commands Navigate to... (an address or place), Play... (a song or artist), and Call... (your mother. She misses you). You'll figure it out. And when you finally need to get out, push the button where your thumb meets the door handle to open the car. There's an emergency door handle hidden somewhere in the door in case the battery dies, but apparently it breaks the window, so I haven't tried it. Not kidding. Please don't break my window. Tl;dr: Have fun. Come back in one piece. And keep him clean, nobody likes a dirty stormtrooper. Thanks!
