"Todd made renting his car really easy! He was quick to respond to both phone and text messages, and met me at a convenient time to pick up the key. He was also super easygoing about the fact that I was taking a slightly longer trip than the standard 100 miles for a one-day rental.
The Jetta is beautifully maintained, fun to drive, and very fuel efficient.
Todd was also incredibly understanding about an unpleasant incident (not my fault, but still an issue for him) at the end of my rental. Getaround has been really helpful with that, too.
In spite of the incident, I had a great day and a great rental experience. I can recommend both Todd and the Jetta without reservation."
