"The car was great and it was easy to find. Because I did the instant booking, I never interacted directly with Greg. My only concern is that the car did smell like someone had smoked in it. This wasn't something I was aware of when making the booking and I probably would have chosen a different car had I known this. Otherwise, the car is in excellent condition and it was a great experience. "
