"The car was great, exactly as advertised. Only problem I had was with getaround support. I hit traffic on the 101 and had to extend the rental. Nobody answered the phone so I was asked to leave a message. I stopped for gas and the car would not restart (because it was past the rental period). After 2 more calls to getaround, I finally got a call back (30 min after my initial call) and they extended the rental so I could return the car). Getaround is a great product but if they are going to be dealing with customers in real time, they should allow electronic extensions or hire more call center people..."
