"Had a bad experience, not with Lenny, but the car itself. The gas tank was empty, the engine sounded horrible above 70mph, the oil check lamp was on, and both headlights didn't work. I drove back late night from San Jose to San Francisco in a car without working headlights! The car should have been checked periodically to make sure it's in safe running condition. But Lenny was accommodating, responsive, friendly, and assured me the car would be fixed soon. Car should be good to go again. Thank you Lenny."

I was running a bit late when returning the car- due to the heavy rain, but it didn't seem like a big problem with Lenny. Made sure I left the car better than before, hope he notice's it :) "
