As Getaround's Assistant Controller, you’ll be providing day-to-day leadership for Getaround’s accounting operations and financial reporting obligations. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Oversee company accounting functions, including timely recording and accurate financial reporting

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintaining a quality fleet of owner vehicles and minimizing vehicle downtime while interfacing with customers

As a Getaround Product Quality Manager, you'll be ensuring the quality of all aspects of Getaround products, from webapp to mobile to customer service. You'll be making sure customer feedback makes it to the right people and is prioritized appropriately. You'll be the glue between helpdesk, product, and engineering. You'll have the opportunity to build and manage systems and processes to keep our fast-growing marketplace running smoothly.

You'll report into the Product Management team, and issue management and release verification will be your responsibility. You will be measuring and monitoring product quality to stay informed on how things are looking. In conjunction with Engineering, you will configure and maintain dashboards on key metrics, along with managing automated alerts from those metrics. You will be responsible for escalating Quality of Service issues to partners such as Google (i.e. when Google has an issue, you'll be the one on the phone with them).

You won't be expected to build or maintain automated test suites, but your input to them will be invaluable. Although this is not a coding position, you should be reasonably technical, know your way around a command-line, and be able to read python code.
