1 Apply for the beta

Getaway is a beta service for owners in select markets. We're targeting other cities, so apply to join Getaway, and we'll notify you when we've launched. 2 We'll do the work

If selected, we'll pick up your car, complete a vehicle and safety inspection, detail it, and take professional photos so your car will look its best. We'll park your car in a central location and start sending rentals your way.

3 You get paid

As a new owner on Getaway, you'll have a dedicated contact person at Getaround. You'll receive a monthly payment less upkeep costs and Getaround commission plus a report on your rentals.

We have a patent pending system that will enable you to make the most while sharing your car. We optimize Getaway cars for instant hourly rentals and secure parking (at discounted rates) in the best locations to maximize rentals. As a special bonus, we'll guarantee you $1000 for your first 3 months.

While your car is enrolled in Getaway, we'll regularly inspect and clean your car every two weeks. If there's any maintenance required, we'll make sure it happens.
