Few things are more ""San Francisco"" than driving around town in a Prius. Being a hybrid, the car is great on gas (I rarely need to fill it up) which helps to make weekend errands a little less painful. If you've never driven a Prius before, there are a few things you should know. Since it's a hybrid, the car can be *very* quiet, so don't assume pedestrians will hear you coming. The car is also equipped with an onboard, touch screen computer right in the dashboard – you can control the stereo and temperature from here. And my favorite feature – a back-up camera that makes squeezing into tight SF parking spots much easier. Please note: Limit of 200 miles per day. Renters will be billed $0.50 per mile for any additional mileage.
