"Nick was great before the rental, and the car is a dream to drive. Had some trouble - once of the charging cables wasn't in the car, my destination ended up not having the right power. All worked out, Nick was out. Of town on business and I couldn't reach him. All in all, great car, fantastic pre-rental, was a little hairy during, but all ended well."

"The car was awesome -- even better than expected. Greg from Getaround was super helpful in making sure we had a great experience. If you are going on a trip that will use over half the charge, do your research in advance to find out where to charge using the express charging stations, and make sure the plug will fit one of the adapters provided. We tried a regular outlet, also using one of the adapters but didn't get enough of a charge even though we left it overnight for 16 hours."

"The Pickup was super easy. The Car was simply amazing. I had it for 4 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. Best Birthday Gift ever :) We drove down CA1 Up 84 and skyline and back on 280. Fun drive without feeling guilty about burning fossil fuels. Definitely want to do it again!"

"Everything associated with the experience went absolutely perfectly. The Getaround rep (to give a brief intro to the car) was prompt, and the car was an absolute blast to drive. The acceleration and cornering will really put a grin on your face. However, I'm not sure which was more difficult: Getting IN the car, or getting OUT of it. :) Within my allotted time, I gave rides to three people ... all from the pickup location over to Treasure Island and back (no toll!). The views from the island are fantastic, and there is a great flat spot (abandoned heliport) over near the under-construction section of the Bay Bridge for "playing" with the car."

The acceleration and torque is something that is hard to describe with words, and combining that with a whisper quiet electric engine is just hard to believe even when you are the one driving. Nick was very helpful and gave me a detailed explanation of the car features and charging options. I would highly recommend experiencing this car for yourself."
