"I don't like the idea of posting a negative review, but I think I would be remiss not to. When I rented her car, I guess the owner was transitioning from having Getaround manage the car to managing it herself. Whatever the case, the car was not parked where it was supposed to be, and though the car is carkit enabled, the owner had the key and was somewhere else dealing with a family emergency...all told, I wasn't able to get in the car until an hour and a half after my rental was scheduled to start. Kind of a nightmare."
