"This was a great rental. Response time was quick. This makes you plan easier. Car was parked in a designated parking spot so it was so easy to find it. On top of that, the parking area is very accessible from my office. A 5 star on the rental car. There is a little problem with the Getaround system, though. I initially reserved the car for a two hour rental that would start at 2:30 PM. Since the parking area was so accessible, I got there early so instead of waiting for another half an hour, I decided to call customer service and requested to change my start time. It was changed to 2:15 PM but I was told that the old reservation needed to be cancelled and a new one made. I did not see any problem with it until I saw my credit card activity. Another $13 hold was placed for the second reservation. After an hour, I realized I would need to keep it for a day due to some changes in my schedule. Again, I called in customer service to extend (remember, EXTEND) my rental to 24 hours for the daily rate of $56. It was extended and I kept the car and returned it before 2:15 the following day. I expected only $56 will be charged to my credit card, however, when I checked my activity, I was charged $69 for the whole rental. On top of that, 2 $13 charges also appeared on my credit card. Calling customer service again, I was told that I had to pay for the 2 hours and the 24 hour rental was another rental. My rental was from 2:15 Nov. 15 to 2:15 Nov 16. Getaround should take a look at their reservation/billing application. "
